Informed Performance is now officially open for those wishing to train in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Mixed Martial Arts. We are currently operating on a limited timetable as the gym is still being completed internally. We expect to have a full timetable operating as of the middle of July when all of the installation is complete. It has been an exciting couple of weeks as we are also undergoing a change in name from KO Martial Arts to Informed Performance. You'll find all the details of the temporary timetable below, as well as some directions to the gym. Monday- 7pm Muay Thai for beginnners, 8pm- No gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for intermediates Tuesday- 5pm- Primary school children, 6pm- Secondary School children, 7pm- MMA for beginners, 8pm MMA sparring Wednesday- 8pm- Muay Thai mixed- beginnners and intermediates Thursday- 5pm- Primary school children, 6pm- Secondary School children, 7pm- BJJ for beginners, 8pm BJJ rolling (sparring) How to get to the new gym: By Car
From Phibsboro/City Centre- Travel down the N2/Finglas Road towards Finglas. The Glasnevin Cemetary will be on your right, just as the cemetary ends, there is a left turn up Ballyboggan Road. Travel up Ballyboggan Road and take the third left into Tolka Business Park. Go straight through a set of gates and Informed Performance is on your left hand side, Unit5. From M50/Finglas- Take the Finglas exit off the M50 onto the N2. Travel through Finglas village towards the City Centre. Once you pass the Ardmore Hotel, Ballyboggan Road is the second right turn. Travel up Ballyboggan Road and take the third left into Tolka Business Park. Go straight through a set of gates and Informed Performance is on your left hand side, Unit5. From Blanchardstown/Clonee/Castleknock- Travel down the Navan Road towards the city. Take the left turn at the Garda station towards Cabra. Take your next left at the roundabout and continue along Ratoath Road, over the railway lines and the canal. Keep right at the traffic lights onto Ballyboggan Road. Tolka Business Park is on your right hand side approximately 500m down the road. By Bus: The Number 40 leaves you on the Finglas Road at the site of the Royal Oak pub (now demolished but the stop is still named after it), from there you have about 5 minutes walk . The 120 leaves you on Ratoath Road, from there it's a few minutes walk away. By train : We are 3 minutes walk from Broombridge Station on the Arrow line
