BJJ Open October 12th

The IrishOpen BJJ Championships is on Saturday October 12th, and to prepare for it effectively, we're ensuring that every Sunday from now until then, the fight training sessions will be done in the Gi. So if you're up for competing (and you should be you lazy bum) then bring your Gi down at 11am every Sunday morning, and enter your details here to enter the tournament.

Squatting
As a bit of a companion to theUltimate Conditioning classes on Saturdays, I'll be posting up some information on the basic components of each session, why we do them and a little bit of how they're done. I feel a bit silly putting a disclaimer in here, but surely nobody would be stupid enough to not consult a doctor before attempting any exercise programme would they? I mean, nobody would be thick enough to not understand that anything on this website is for information purposes only? Would they? On with the show, today it's the squat, its many forms and its many uses.
